My goal is to deliver a burst of value - whether it is one session or a few sessions, we will tackle important topics.

Who is this for?

I work with founders and startup teams to address topics that range from raising money, getting an MVP into market, building a team and more. Typically my clients are early, pre-seed to seed stage and have not raised or have raised less than $5M. Every dollar counts.

What happens in a coaching session?

In our first meeting we will talk through your idea or business and where you are in the journey. I will track time to ensure we can call out a few key challenges and discuss the most pressing issue. I will follow up with a summary and added commentary. This may includes links to reading or viewing, a resources or something to help you take action.

What sort of topics are covered?

This is driven by you and sometimes the agenda gets blown out of the water before we meet. A tough board meeting, employee issue or other fire may mean we need to change. That's fine. Topics range from raising money, dealing with investors, shipping an MVP or major release, how to set priorities, managing teams, operating plans and budgets. I do well with shifting agendas and a quick pace.

Is this a structured program?

No, I do not want to add stress and my experience is that having a regular checkin does create accountability and structure and a safe place to vent. Many clients share things they prefer not to share with investors or employees, my goal is to provide a safe and trusted place to deal with the stress, identify the issues and take action.
